The hotel has a really handy luggage storage room with free lockers. It helped a lot since my flight was late. The staff was very helpful and ordered a taxi for me when I left. I found the breakfast choice excellent with many options.

The street nearby felt a little unsafe at night. There seemed to be quite a bit of grime on the bathroom grout. there were almost no amenities offered in the room.

my stay wasn't exactly smooth. i found a stain on the bedsheet, a good surprise, and the air conditioning seemed to be perpetually stuck on 'slightly stuffy'. also, locating a working elevator reminded me of participating in a slow-motion treasure hunt. i swear the elevators operate on their own schedule, completely ignoring the frantic button-pressing.

The location was central, near the metro, and perfect for exploring! The staff was helpful with directions and always available. A secure luggage storage with individual lockers was handy for late flights. I found the room clean and well-kept.

The air conditioning was not working properly and the room became uncomfortably hot during the night. I had to open the window, which resulted in street noise affecting sleep. This issue needs to be addressed!

the hotel had a central location, which i appreciated. the rooftop pool offered some nice sights. the terrace's views were nice and open. i especially liked watching the sunsets there.

the elevators operated VERY slowly, even though two were available.
