The hotel has a really handy luggage storage room with free lockers. It helped a lot since my flight was late. The staff was very helpful and ordered a taxi for me when I left. I found the breakfast choice excellent with many options.

The street nearby felt a little unsafe at night. There seemed to be quite a bit of grime on the bathroom grout. there were almost no amenities offered in the room.

The location was central, near the metro, and perfect for exploring! The staff was helpful with directions and always available. A secure luggage storage with individual lockers was handy for late flights. I found the room clean and well-kept.

The air conditioning was not working properly and the room became uncomfortably hot during the night. I had to open the window, which resulted in street noise affecting sleep. This issue needs to be addressed!
